Aisha Hussein Shariffe is a UK-base Sudanese painter, graphic designer, web designer, textile artist, and incense maker. Working primarily in acrylic and oil, her abstract paintings are deeply personal, intuitive expressions of emotion, energy, and movement. 

Through rich textures, layered forms, and a striking use of colour—often oscillating between tranquillity and intensity—Shariffe creates works that invite the viewer to feel and to drift. Her process is unplanned and organic: she prepares her canvases by wetting the surface and building textures with mediums such as modelling paste, allowing each layer and brushstroke to guide the next. This approach transforms painting into a space of discovery, where the final composition often emerges unexpectedly.
